ParkSmart is a concept app for finding an open parking space on those busy days. After working in Sewickley, PA for a couple of years now, I noticed that I always have trouble finding a parking spot and wished there was an app that would show me exactly where an open spot is.
How would the app know which spaces are open? Sensors in each numbered parking spot! The app and sensors would be linked, therefore showing every open space. Not only would the user be able to find fast parking, but would also be able to reserve and get directions to the spot, pay for parking, add more time if needed and much more.
